Budget Control accelerator

With this accelerator, if a user tries to release a Purchase Order that exceeds the budget in the system, the system alerts or prevents the PO being released. The user receives an alert or denial message to solve the issue, but the budget is never compromised. A Fact Box on the purchase Invoice and Purchase Order screens displays the status of the available budget. The user has full knowledge of budget status and spend available for the account for which an invoice or purchase order is being created. Approvals functionality with the help of workflows to boost productivity further, plus alerts can inform of spend compared to budget amounts rather than just blocking so that business activity is maintained.

In addition to controls of warnings, blockings and the approval process throughout daily work; finance management has access to the status of all budgets in the system. They benefit from multiple views of budget control versus actual performance, work with complex account charts and expenses.
